Alabama Sawyer is a Birmingham-based design studio creating modern furniture and home goods from salvaged urban hardwoods. Founded by Cliff Spencer and Leigh Spencer, the company transforms fallen or displaced trees from the local environment into beautifully crafted pieces for homes and businesses.

Each product is made from reclaimed urban timber sourced primarily within 50 miles of Birmingham, giving new life to trees that would otherwise be discarded. The natural grain, color variation, and organic character of the wood make every piece truly unique.

Handcrafted in their Alabama workshop, Alabama Sawyer’s collection blends sustainable practices with thoughtful design—resulting in timeless furniture and home accessories that celebrate both craftsmanship and the story of the wood.
