Alabama Sawyer’s wooden vases are crafted from sustainably sourced urban wood, designed to highlight the natural beauty of the material. These pieces are best suited for dried arrangements or decorative use. When displaying fresh flowers, a watertight insert is recommended to protect the wood.

Each vase is shaped and finished to balance durability with a refined, organic form. While Alabama Sawyer stands behind the quality of its products, natural wood is not waterproof and should not be exposed to standing moisture.

The interior cavity is carved directly into the wood, and care should be taken when placing inserts or arrangements to avoid scratching or excess moisture exposure.

Due to the natural characteristics of solid, urban wood, each piece will display unique variations in color and grain. Subtle differences between individual products, website images, or samples are to be expected. Naturally occurring knots and fine cracks are inherent to the material and do not impact structural integrity. These features are embraced as part of the wood’s origin and character, and with proper care, will age beautifully over time.

How fast do orders ship?

Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, value, fragility, and fulfillment location of the item.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order subtotal. Oversized, furniture, or specialty items may incur additional shipping charges.

Do you offer returns?

Most items may be returned within 10 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition. If the item is marked "final sale", then it may not be returned.

An $11 flat return fee applies to standard returns.

When eligible for returns, oversized items will require additional return shipping fees.

How are refunds issued?

Most approved returns are issued as store credit due to the handmade and small-batch nature of many products.

However, we will do our best to give you a refund when possible, depending on the individual maker's policy.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What items are final sale?

Made-to-order, custom, and items marked “final sale” are final sale.
