Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days. During peak seasons, fulfillment may require an additional 1–2 business days. Products that are made-to-order, limited edition, custom produced, or fulfilled directly by vendors may require longer lead times, as disclosed on the product page or Shop All banner.

Shipping Methods & Carrier Selection
Shipments are fulfilled using national carriers, including:
• USPS First Class, Priority, or Ground
• UPS Ground / Standard
• FedEx Ground, Home Delivery, or Express

The selected carrier and service level are determined solely by Aware House based on product characteristics, carrier reliability, insured value, and fulfillment origin. Customers may not request a specific carrier unless arranged in writing prior to purchase.

Tracking will be provided when available. Once a package is accepted and scanned by the carrier, responsibility for transit, routing, and delivery lies with that carrier.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the continental U.S. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii. Restrictions may apply to oversized or specialty items.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
• Delivery address is complete and correct
• Unit, suite, or building number is provided
• Delivery location is safe and accessible

Aware House is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect customer address information. Additional rerouting or re-shipment fees may be invoiced if delivery cannot be completed.
