Alabama Sawyer’s incense holders are crafted from sustainably sourced urban wood and designed to safely support standard incense sticks while complementing a calm, intentional space.

Each holder is shaped for stability and ease of use, though compatibility may vary depending on incense stick size and style. For best results, standard-sized incense sticks are recommended.

The incense channel or holder opening is carved into the wood surface and should be used with care to ensure proper ash collection and airflow. Placement on a heat-safe surface is recommended during use.

Due to the natural characteristics of solid, urban wood, each piece will display unique variations in color and grain. Subtle differences between individual products, website images, or samples are to be expected. Naturally occurring knots and fine cracks are inherent to the material and do not impact structural integrity. These features are embraced as part of the wood’s origin and character, and with proper care, will age beautifully over time.

How fast do orders ship?

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, value, fragility, and fulfillment location of the item.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order subtotal. Oversized, furniture, or specialty items may incur additional shipping charges.

Do you offer returns?

Most items may be returned within 10 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition. If the item is marked "final sale", then it may not be returned.

An $11 flat return fee applies to standard returns.

When eligible for returns, oversized items will require additional return shipping fees.

How are refunds issued?

Most approved returns are issued as store credit due to the handmade and small-batch nature of many products.

However, we will do our best to give you a refund when possible, depending on the individual maker's policy.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What items are final sale?

Made-to-order, custom, and items marked “final sale” are final sale.
