Due to the natural characteristics of solid, urban wood, each piece will display unique variations in color and grain. Subtle differences between individual products, website images, or samples are to be expected. Naturally occurring knots and fine cracks are inherent to the material and do not impact structural integrity. These features are embraced as part of the wood’s origin and character, and with proper care, will age beautifully over time.

If items are in stock, they typically ship within 1–3 days from Alabama Sawyer. If an item is out of stock, or for custom and bulk orders, please contact us for current lead times and pricing.

Returns and Exchanges are valid for 10 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return or Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. All returns must be received in resellable condition. Please pack items carefully to prevent damage in transit.

Returns that arrive damaged, altered, or showing signs of wear may not qualify for a full refund and may be subject to repair charges and a minimum 10% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchange items will be shipped once the return has been received and approved.
