When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order or limited items may take longer (noted on the product page).
Where do you ship?
We ship within the continental U.S. only.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is based on item size, fragility, value, and fulfillment location.
How much does shipping cost?
We partner with hundreds of small businesses across the country, so your order may ship from more than one location.
Instead of charging per shipment, we offer one simple flat shipping rate.
- $7 for orders under $50
- $9 for orders $50-$149
- $11 for orders $150-$175
- FREE over $175!
Oversized items may have additional shipping charges. We will confirm these prior to finalizing your order.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check at checkout. Re-shipping or rerouting fees may apply.
Do you offer returns?
Yes — eligible items can be returned within 10 days of delivery, unused and undamaged.
We charge an $11 flat rate for all standard returns.
How are refunds issued?
Because many items are handmade or small-batch, most approved returns are issued as store credit.
However, in cases where we can process a cash refund, we will do so!
Customer-paid shipping is not refundable.
What items are final sale?
Made-to-order, limited edition, designer/specialty production, custom items, and anything marked “Final Sale.”
What if my item arrives damaged or is lost?
Contact us within 10 days with photos of the box, packaging, and item. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund/store credit as applicable.
Do you offer a customer satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. If something isn’t right, contact us — we’ll review your concern and do our best to make it right within our policy guidelines.
