Shipping Time

Please allow a general period of 2-5 business days for us to fulfill your order.

Select items ship directly from our suppliers and may take longer than 5 business days to fulfill. Please make sure to check the Shipping & Returns section on the product page where we disclose any additional lead time needed for a product.

Package Delivery

We pack and ship all parcels via USPS mail. Currently we are shipping within the US only. We may confirm a general estimated time of arrival for the delivery however cannot guarantee this estimate to be one hundred percent accurate due to circumstances out of our control. 

We and the carrier accept no liability for damages or loss related to receiving a package. We are not responsible for the delivery instructions, authorization and information provided by you at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure all delivery instructions are accurate.

We reserve the right to re-bill you for any additional costs related to an unusual or delayed delivery if your deliver site is unable to accept the shipment

Returns, Damaged & Lost Items

You may return any unused and undamaged item within 10 days of product delivery date. Shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. We do not accept exchanges.

Fragile Returns

In the event you would like to return a fragile product (i.e. a ceramic vase), the product must be packaged to prevent breakage during transit.

We will be unable to issue a refund for your order if the fragile product breaks during return transit.

Damaged or Lost Items

Please email hello@awarehouseshop.com to request a return or refund within 10 days of product delivery date or expected delivery date.

**In the event of damaged items, please document pictures of the outside box from all angles as well as the inside box, and the product itself. We require visual documentation for all insurance claims on shipments.

We look to work with brands and businesses that disclose the majority of their sourcing and manufacturing policies in the production of their product(s). For example: disclosure of where a product is manufactured; materials used; if it is handmade, made in a factory, or a combination of methods; business owner; etc. 

We do not individually inspect or conduct an in-depth background or in-person review of the operating, production, and manufacturing facilities of the Suppliers we work with. Information related to the products and Suppliers on Aware House is taken in from our Supplier’s website(s) and product description(s), as well as the Supplier’s social media profile(s), and any other information provided from the Supplier directly to us.

We look to work with a variety of suppliers, including but not limited to: small-medium scale businesses; independent creators; producers in the USA; and businesses that disclose how/where there product(s) was manufactured. We look to avoid brands and businesses that operate in mass production facilities and/or sweatshops; and/or do not disclose manufacturing or sourcing practices.

Aware House is not responsible for any false information/disclosures provided by the Supplier related to their business/products and/or their production/operating/manufacturing/sourcing practices. We recommend individuals conduct their own research to ensure each product meets their subjective standard(s) of quality prior to purchase on Aware House. We are not responsible for any incomplete or inaccurate information related to a product or Supplier provided this information was taken directly from the Supplier’s online resources outlined above and was considered as accurate and truthful information related to the product/Supplier. 

All product images used are directly provided by the supplier and/or taken by us in a clear and well-lit setting using a high resolution camera. We only use images that we believe fairly and truthfully represent a product. Aware House is not liable if your computer/electronic device imaging, resolution, monitor, etc. affects the image quality and the representation of the product. Aware House is not responsible if, according to your opinion, the image is not representative of the product received.

By purchasing via Aware House you hereby agreeing to the below Privacy Policy and acknowledge that navigating on this platform subjects you to the collection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII). 

PII is information that we collect through our website at www.awarehouseshop.com, including but not limited to first and last name, mailing and billing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and internet protocol address.
