Refund policy

We offer returns for items within 10 days of delivery if unused, undamaged and in the same condition as received. 

We charge an $11 flat rate restocking fee.

Approved returns are issued as store credit. 

Shipping fees paid by the customer are not refundable or issued as credit.

Not Eligible for Return:
• Made-to-order items
• Limited edition items
• Designer or small-batch production pieces
• Any item clearly marked Final Sale

Made-to-Order & Special Production
Items requiring additional manufacturing time may ship within 4–8 weeks. Lead times are disclosed on product pages. Made-to-order purchases cannot be cancelled more than 24 hours after order placement unless otherwise approved.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged, cannot be located, or tracking shows no delivery, customers must email hello@awarehouseshop.com within 10 days of delivery or expected delivery.

Required documentation for damaged shipments:
• External box (all sides)
• Internal packaging
• The damaged item itself

Once documentation is received, Aware House will initiate a carrier claim. Refunds or replacements will be issued upon claim approval. If the product is limited edition, one-of-a-kind, or made-to-order, a refund may be issued if a replacement is not available.

All packages include a minimum of $100 in carrier insurance. Higher-value items may be insured above this amount. Aware House is not liable for:
• Carrier mishandling
• Delays outside our control
• Porch theft after delivery scan
• Packages marked “Delivered” but not located

Transit liability rests with USPS, UPS, or FedEx once scanned “Accepted,” “In Transit,” or “Delivered.”

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
• Delivery address is complete and correct
• Unit, suite, or building number is provided
• Delivery location is safe and accessible
