FAQs

What is the expected delivery time for my package?

Please allow 1-5 business days for us to fulfill your order. Note that this time allowance may increase by 1-2 days if we are backlogged during a busy period.

Our standard shipping speed (including our FREE shipping) is USPS or UPS ground shipping, however you can select priority shipping on any order for an additional fee.

Some items ship directly from our vendor's facilities. Please review the Shipping & Returns section on the product page for further details on fulfillment location and delivery times.

Where do you ship to?

At the moment we only ship within the Continental U.S. Due to high carrier costs, we no longer ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

We do not ship internationally.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 10 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all returns are issued as store credit.

Selected made to order items are not eligible for returns. This will be disclosed on the product page of those select items.

Any shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded or issued as store credit. 

If you received a damaged item, we’ll gladly process a full refund for the cost of your item plus shipping.

How do made-to-order pieces work?

Made-to-order furniture and other items have extended timelines and special policies:

  • Production time: 4-8 weeks depending on the item
  • Customization often available, feel free to contact us for details
  • No cancellations after 48 hours of order and shipping quote confirmation
  • Furniture will ship for an additional fee: we will contact you directly with a quote prior to locking in your order

You'll receive production updates via email. Made to order items are not eligible for returns, unless defective.

Is gift wrap available?

Yes! We offer gift wrapping services for all of our items that dispatch from our warehouse (mostly our best sellers!).

Gift wrapping options will appear at checkout for eligible items. You can leave a customized hand-written gift note as well.

If you would like us to write a gift note on a custom card that you purchased with your order, let us know in the gift card note or via email.

How can I apply to become a vendor?

Can I pre-order out of stock items?

If you see something you like but it's not available or low in stock, please let us know! Feel free to message us using the chat icon on the right hand side of the screen and we will do our best to get you what you need.

How can I get 10% off my first order?

To receive 10% off your first order, subscribe to our mailing list here! Then use code WELCOME10 at checkout.

Note that discounts may not be eligible for select limted edition or made-to-order items.

What items are eligible for discounts?

Almost all items on the store are eligible for discounts. If an item is not eligible for a discount, this will be disclosed on the product page. Additonally, you will not be able to use the discounts at checkout for these items.

Sometimes we have limited promotions were we allow discounts to be used on all items (even those that generally are not eligible). Subscribe to our mailing list to never miss out on these limited offers!
