Alabama Sawyer’s trays are crafted from sustainably sourced urban wood and designed for both serving and display. The solid wood construction provides strength and stability while maintaining a refined, natural appearance.

These trays are suitable for dry goods and light serving. Prolonged exposure to moisture or liquids should be avoided to preserve the integrity of the wood. While Alabama Sawyer stands behind the quality of its products, they are not intended for use with standing liquids.

The flat surface and raised edges are designed for balance and ease of use. Care should be taken when placing heavier items to ensure even weight distribution.

Due to the natural characteristics of solid, urban wood, each piece will display unique variations in color and grain. Subtle differences between individual products, website images, or samples are to be expected. Naturally occurring knots and fine cracks are inherent to the material and do not impact structural integrity. These features are embraced as part of the wood’s origin and character, and with proper care, will age beautifully over time.

How fast do orders ship?

Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, value, fragility, and fulfillment location of the item.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order subtotal. Oversized, furniture, or specialty items may incur additional shipping charges.

Do you offer returns?

Most items may be returned within 10 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition. If the item is marked "final sale", then it may not be returned.

An $11 flat return fee applies to standard returns.

When eligible for returns, oversized items will require additional return shipping fees.

How are refunds issued?

Most approved returns are issued as store credit due to the handmade and small-batch nature of many products.

However, we will do our best to give you a refund when possible, depending on the individual maker's policy.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What items are final sale?

Made-to-order, custom, and items marked “final sale” are final sale.
