What is the expected delivery time for my package?

Please allow 1–5 business days for us to fulfill your order. Our standard (and FREE) shipping method is USPS or UPS Ground, but you can upgrade to priority shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 10 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. Because many of our products are handmade, all returns are issued as store credit.

Some made-to-order or limited-edition/designer items are not eligible for returns. This will always be noted in the Shipping Information section on the product page.

Please note: any shipping costs paid by the customer are not refunded or converted to store credit.

What if my item is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, we’ll gladly issue a full refund, including the cost of the item and shipping.

Is gift wrap available?

Yes! We offer gift wrapping for all items that ship from our warehouse (including most best sellers). Eligible products will show the gift wrap option at checkout, along with the option to add a handwritten gift note.

If you don’t see gift wrapping available for a particular item, email us—we can often ask the supplier to include a gift note with your order.

Will sold-out items be restocked? How can I get notified?

We frequently restock customer favorites. To stay updated on restocks and new arrivals, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter or emailing us about the specific product you’re watching—you’ll be the first to know.
