The STEELPORT 10” Slicing Knife is engineered to elevate every carving experience, whether you’re slicing brisket, breaking down a holiday turkey, or preparing delicate sashimi. Its long, elegant blade glides smoothly through large cuts of meat and fish without sawing, preserving the structure, texture, and presentation of your ingredients.

Designed as a hybrid between a traditional slicer and a cimeter, it offers exceptional control with its curved profile, generous length, and ample knuckle clearance, ensuring safe, fluid, and precise cuts.

Beautifully finished with a stabilized burlwood handle, this carbon steel slicer is both a functional powerhouse and a stunning statement piece—ideal for home cooks and professionals who value craftsmanship and the art of perfect slicing.

Manufacturing & Materials

Handcrafted in Portland, Oregon, the STEELPORT 10” Slicing Knife is made using all US-sourced materials and traditional forging techniques.

The blade is forged from premium 52100 carbon steel and treated with STEELPORT’s proprietary differential heat treatment, achieving a razor-sharp 65 HRC edge with a resilient, flexible spine. The handle is crafted from resin-stabilized Oregon Big Leaf Maple Burl, contoured for comfort, balance, and long-lasting beauty.

Each knife reflects meticulous American craftsmanship rooted in durability, performance, and heirloom quality.
