Because many items are handmade or small-batch, most approved returns are issued as store credit. Customer-paid shipping is not refundable.

Scented with bright yuzu and earthy sencha tea, this cold-processed soap gently cleanses, tones, and hydrates while nourishing the skin with a blend of regenerative tallow, green clay, A2A2 dairy, and blue-green algae.

What if my item arrives damaged or is lost?
Email hello@awarehouseshop.com within 10 days with photos of the box, packaging, and item. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund/store credit as applicable.
