Yes — eligible items can be returned within 10 days of delivery, unused and undamaged.
We charge an $11 flat rate for all standard returns.
How are refunds issued?
Because many items are handmade or small-batch, most approved returns are issued as store credit. Customer-paid shipping is not refundable.

Made-to-order, limited edition, designer/specialty production, custom items, and anything marked “Final Sale.”

VanMan’s No Bugs Balm is a natural mosquito repellent designed to protect skin without the harsh effects of conventional sprays. Crafted to last 1–2 hours, this balm offers effective bug-repelling power while nourishing the skin with clean, thoughtfully chosen ingredients.
A rich base of 100% grass-fed and finished suet tallow, organic shea butter, olive oil, castor oil, and beeswax deeply moisturizes while allowing essential oils to sit comfortably on the skin. Infused with citronella, rosemary, eucalyptus, and lemongrass, this balm can be safely used head to toe for gentle, plant-powered protection outdoors.

What if my item arrives damaged or is lost?
Email hello@awarehouseshop.com within 10 days with photos of the box, packaging, and item. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund/store credit as applicable.

Yes. If something isn’t right, email us — we’ll review your concern and do our best to make it right within our policy guidelines.
