Yes — eligible items can be returned within 10 days of delivery, unused and undamaged. We charge an $11 flat rate for all standard returns.
How are refunds issued?
Because many items are handmade or small-batch, most approved returns are issued as store credit. Customer-paid shipping is not refundable.
What items are final sale?
Made-to-order, limited edition, designer/specialty production, custom items, and anything marked “Final Sale.”

Handmade by the renowned art studio Teapot Craftsman, these teapots are meticulously crafted using traditional methods and Chinese purple sand from Yixing City, Jiangsu Province, China.
Each pot is a limited addition specialty item exclusively available on our website.
Features
- Purple Chinese clay allows the tea to remain in it's purest form, preserving the color and fragrance of the tea to the fullest.
- After the teapot is used for a period of time, the stomata of the clay will absorb the taste of tea. Even if it is empty, the pot will emit a light tea fragrance and the color of the teapot will become more shiny.

What if my item arrives damaged or is lost?
Email hello@awarehouseshop.com within 10 days with photos of the box, packaging, and item. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund/store credit as applicable.
