Every SteelCore™ board is handcrafted in the USA using only American-sourced materials. The end-grain side is made from premium Oregon Black Walnut, selected for its natural beauty, durability, and knife-friendly self-healing properties.

The opposite surface is crafted from a high-performance recycled paper composite, offering a non-porous, easy-clean option for high-moisture or aromatic prep work.

Inside, patent-pending SteelCore™ reinforcement beams provide structural integrity and long-term warp resistance.

Finished with food-safe mineral oils and crafted by the same artisan team behind STEELPORT’s award-winning knives, the board reflects a deep commitment to quality, steelwork precision, and sustainable craftsmanship.

How fast do orders ship?

Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, value, fragility, and fulfillment location of the item.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order subtotal. Oversized, furniture, or specialty items may incur additional shipping charges.

Do you offer returns?

Most items may be returned within 10 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition. If the item is marked "final sale", then it may not be returned.

An $11 flat return fee applies to standard returns.

When eligible for returns, oversized items will require additional return shipping fees.

How are refunds issued?

Most approved returns are issued as store credit due to the handmade and small-batch nature of many products.

However, we will do our best to give you a refund when possible, depending on the individual maker's policy.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What items are final sale?

Made-to-order, custom, and items marked “final sale” are final sale.
