Each sleeve & tray box contains 15 sticks measuring approximately 11 inches in length and burn for 60-70 minutes. The scent duration varies depending on the size of the room, typically lasting between 2-4 hours.

What if my item arrives damaged or is lost?
Email hello@awarehouseshop.com within 10 days with photos of the box, packaging, and item. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund/store credit as applicable.
