Yes — eligible items can be returned within 10 days of delivery, unused and undamaged. We charge an $11 flat rate for all standard returns.
How are refunds issued?
Because many items are handmade or small-batch, most approved returns are issued as store credit. Customer-paid shipping is not refundable.
What items are final sale?
Made-to-order, limited edition, designer/specialty production, custom items, and anything marked “Final Sale.”

The reCAP® Mason Jar Shaker Lids are a kitchen essential for keeping spices, herbs, and rubs fresh while adding style to your countertop. Featuring airtight seals, these lids lock in flavor and prevent pantry odors. They include two shaker insert sizes for versatile dispensing and are easy to open with one hand, making cooking more convenient. Made from BPA-free, durable plastic, they are top-shelf dishwasher safe, freezer safe, and stain-resistant. Each set includes 4 FLIP lids and 4 shaker inserts (2 small, 2 large). Jars not included.

Email hello@awarehouseshop.com within 10 days with photos of the box, packaging, and item. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund/store credit as applicable.
