How fast do orders ship?
Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental United States only.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, value, fragility, and fulfillment location of the item.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order subtotal, with free shipping on orders over $175. Oversized, furniture, or specialty items may incur additional shipping charges.
Do you offer returns?
Most items may be returned within 10 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition. If the item is marked "final sale", then it may not be returned.
An $11 flat return fee applies to standard returns.
When eligible for returns, oversized items will require additional return shipping fees.
How are refunds issued?
Most approved returns are issued as store credit due to the handmade and small-batch nature of many products.
However, we will do our best to give you a refund when possible, depending on the individual maker's policy.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What items are final sale?
Made-to-order, custom, and items marked “final sale” are final sale.

The Byzantine Rose Needleminder is part of the Avlea Folk Embroidery Byzantine Motifs series, inspired by the intricate decorative elements found in Byzantine manuscripts and iconography. This charming miniature work of art combines beauty with function, allowing stitchers to keep needles secure while working, hold fabric in place, or even use it as a stylish magnetic pin.
The Byzantine Rose motif is shaped like a heart, but in Byzantine art this form was called a “rose” because it resembles the mid-section of a blooming rose. Its elegant design brings both history and romance to your stitching tools.

When will my order ship?

What if my item arrives damaged or is lost?
Email hello@awarehouseshop.com within 10 days with photos of the box, packaging, and item. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund/store credit as applicable.
Do you offer a customer satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. If something isn’t right, email us — we’ll review your concern and do our best to make it right within our policy guidelines.
