Yes — eligible items can be returned within 10 days of delivery, unused and undamaged. We charge an $11 flat rate for all standard returns.
How are refunds issued?
Because many items are handmade or small-batch, most approved returns are issued as store credit. Customer-paid shipping is not refundable.

Made-to-order, limited edition, designer/specialty production, custom items, and anything marked “Final Sale.”

The bags are getting smaller, and the Minnie Tote is the perfect tiny piece of the action. A mini tote that’s a shrunken version of the ever-popular Woodbine, it’s designed for curated, everyday essentials.
Three interior pockets keep a phone, keys, and wallet organized, while a comfortable cotton crossbody strap allows for totally hands-free convenience. Prefer to carry by hand? The adjustable shoulder strap is fully removable. Unclip it, grab the thick folded handles, and hit the streets. This tote gives you a little more room than the Hobson or the Oxford, so you’ll be ready for anything!

Email hello@awarehouseshop.com within 10 days with photos of the box, packaging, and item. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund/store credit as applicable.
