Due to the size and weight of Ohio Flame products, shipping costs are significant and are included in the product price.

Returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrectly ordered items are accepted only with vendor approval, and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included materials and paperwork. Refunds may be issued once the item is received in new, unused, and resellable condition, less original shipping and applicable restocking fees.

If a product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, Aware House must be notified within 10 days of delivery. Customers will be asked to provide photos of the product and packaging to assist with the claim process.

Orders cancelled after being accepted are subject to a 5% restocking fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs. This applies to accidental, duplicate, or customer-cancelled orders.
