All products are free from preservatives, alcohol, synthetics, and water (meaning products are suitable for sub-zero temperatures).

Finnish Pine Wood Sourcing and Manufacturing:

The harsh climates of Finland means pine trees grow slowly. This produces a higher quality, durable and dense material.

Pine is the most common tree variety in Finland and has a very sustainable population. Hetkinen's supplier and wood is PECF certified and the sourcing can be tracked from plant to product.

No chemicals are used in Hetkinen's manufacturing process as pine is naturally antibacterial.

How fast do you ship?

Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order or limited items may take longer.

We ship within the continental U.S. only.

Which carrier will deliver my order?
USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is based on item size, fragility, value, and fulfillment location.

How much does shipping cost?
We charge flat rate shipping based on your order subtotal.

We offer free shipping for orders $175+.

Oversized or made-to-order items may have additional shipping charges.

Do you offer returns?
Yes — eligible items can be returned within 10 days of delivery, unused and undamaged.

We charge an $11 flat rate for all standard returns.

How are refunds issued?
Because many items are handmade or small-batch, most approved returns are issued as store credit. Customer-paid shipping is not refundable.

What items are final sale?
Made-to-order, limited edition, designer/specialty production, custom items, and anything marked “Final Sale.”
