Returns are accepted within 30 days on unused items. Retailers are responsible for creating and providing return labels and should coordinate directly with their customers. All returned products must be sent back to the Sertodo warehouse for processing, and return shipping costs are not covered. Return settings can be adjusted within the Collective App, but should remain aligned with Sertodo’s policy.

A restocking fee of 5–25% may apply depending on the condition of the returned item. Light wear, such as fingerprints that can be buffed, may incur a 5–10% fee, while items requiring cleaning and polishing may be subject to a 15% fee. Heavily used items that are not resellable may incur a 20–25% fee. Please allow 5–10 business days for return processing and refunds.

How fast do orders ship?

Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, value, fragility, and fulfillment location of the item.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order subtotal. Oversized, furniture, or specialty items may incur additional shipping charges.

Do you offer returns?

Most items may be returned within 10 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition. If the item is marked "final sale", then it may not be returned.

An $11 flat return fee applies to standard returns.

When eligible for returns, oversized items will require additional return shipping fees.

How are refunds issued?

Most approved returns are issued as store credit due to the handmade and small-batch nature of many products.

However, we will do our best to give you a refund when possible, depending on the individual maker's policy.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What items are final sale?

Made-to-order, custom, and items marked “final sale” are final sale.
