Beth Hill “The Mad Framer” has been making custom picture frames in and around Santa Fe, New Mexico for over 30 years. Her frames can be found at The Georgia O’keeffe Museum, The Museum of New Mexico, The Whitney Museum of American Art and in the studios of countless artists, collectors and galleries in Santa Fe and around the world.
Now, she is thrilled to bring a collection of museum quality “ReadyMad Frames” to you through Aware House, anchoring her decades long practice of handmade work for artists, now made for everyone, so you can frame your art, your children’s drawings, or epic life photos at home. All you’ll need is your creativity and a Phillip-Head screwdriver!

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order or limited items may take longer (noted on the product page).
Where do you ship?
We ship within the continental U.S. only.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is based on item size, fragility, value, and fulfillment location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is based on your order subtotal:
- $0–$99.99: $8
- $100–$149.99: $12
- $150–$174.99: $15
- $175+: Free Shipping!
Oversized or made-to-order items may have additional shipping charges.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check at checkout. Re-shipping or rerouting fees may apply.
Do you offer returns?
Yes — eligible items can be returned within 10 days of delivery, unused and undamaged. We charge an $11 flat rate for all standard returns.
How are refunds issued?
Because many items are handmade or small-batch, most approved returns are issued as store credit. Customer-paid shipping is not refundable.
What items are final sale?
Made-to-order, limited edition, designer/specialty production, custom items, and anything marked “Final Sale.”
What if my item arrives damaged or is lost?
Email hello@awarehouseshop.com within 10 days with photos of the box, packaging, and item. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund/store credit as applicable.
Do you offer a customer satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. If something isn’t right, email us — we’ll review your concern and do our best to make it right within our policy guidelines.
