Do you offer returns?
Yes — eligible items can be returned within 10 days of delivery, unused and undamaged. We charge an $11 flat rate for all standard returns.
How are refunds issued?
Because many items are handmade or small-batch, most approved returns are issued as store credit. Customer-paid shipping is not refundable.
What items are final sale?
Made-to-order, limited edition, designer/specialty production, custom items, and anything marked “Final Sale.”

Its tapered edge slides easily beneath food, while the long, comfortable handle keeps your hand safely away from heat.
Each turner is hand-shaped from a single piece of sustainably harvested hardwood, then finished to a satin-smooth feel with food-safe oil. Unlike plastic or metal, it’s gentle on your cookware and feels grounded in the hand.

What if my item arrives damaged or is lost?
Email hello@awarehouseshop.com within 10 days with photos of the box, packaging, and item. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund/store credit as applicable.
