Yes — eligible items can be returned within 10 days of delivery, unused and undamaged. We charge an $11 flat rate for all standard returns.
How are refunds issued?
Because many items are handmade or small-batch, most approved returns are issued as store credit. Customer-paid shipping is not refundable.
What items are final sale?
Made-to-order, limited edition, designer/specialty production, custom items, and anything marked “Final Sale.”

White Birch & Spruce is a complex scent that mimics the entirety of that experience. You’ll relax into the cozy scent of pine and spruce needles but also notice a touch of cedar, and birch to elicit the aroma of soil and tree trunk. Eucalyptus and mint add depth and sweetness that brings to mind the fullness of the woods.

What if my item arrives damaged or is lost?
Email hello@awarehouseshop.com within 10 days with photos of the box, packaging, and item. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund/store credit as applicable.
