How fast do orders ship?
Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

We currently ship within the continental United States only.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, value, fragility, and fulfillment location of the item.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order subtotal. Oversized, furniture, or specialty items may incur additional shipping charges.
Do you offer returns?
Most items may be returned within 10 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition. If the item is marked "final sale", then it may not be returned.
An $11 flat return fee applies to standard returns.
When eligible for returns, oversized items will require additional return shipping fees.
How are refunds issued?
Most approved returns are issued as store credit due to the handmade and small-batch nature of many products.
However, we will do our best to give you a refund when possible, depending on the individual maker's policy.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Made-to-order, custom, and items marked “final sale” are final sale.

VanMan’s Shampoo is crafted to be as close to edible as possible while still delivering an effective, satisfying cleanse. Made with a thoughtful blend of chamomile, olive oil, raw honey, and a unique onion hydrosol, it supports healthy-looking hair without relying on harsh or stripping ingredients.
The onion hydrosol is freshly made in-house using organic sweet and red onions, capturing the beneficial properties of onions without the lingering scent. A very mild, coconut-derived surfactant creates a rich lather that cleans gently, leaving hair soft, balanced, and suitable for all hair types.
