How fast do orders ship?
Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

We currently ship within the continental United States only.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, value, fragility, and fulfillment location of the item.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order subtotal, with free shipping on orders over $175. Oversized, furniture, or specialty items may incur additional shipping charges.
Do you offer returns?
Most items may be returned within 10 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition. If the item is marked "final sale", then it may not be returned.
An $11 flat return fee applies to standard returns.
When eligible for returns, oversized items will require additional return shipping fees.
How are refunds issued?
Most approved returns are issued as store credit due to the handmade and small-batch nature of many products.
However, we will do our best to give you a refund when possible, depending on the individual maker's policy.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What items are final sale?
Made-to-order, custom, and items marked “final sale” are final sale.

The Rustic Strength Mama + Baby Travel Kit includes four 2 oz bottles of gentle, unscented bath and body essentials, perfectly packaged for travel or gifting. The set features Soothing Shampoo, Coconut Conditioner, Body Wash, and Avocado Lotion—each made with high-purity, plant-based ingredients designed for delicate skin.
Part of the Mama + Baby Safe Collection, these products are truly hypoallergenic and formulated without added fragrance, making them safe for babies as well as pregnant or breastfeeding mothers. The formulas are free from common toxins and irritants including dyes, sulfates, parabens, phthalates, petroleum, and synthetic fragrances.
Each product is produced in small batches at Rustic Strength’s family-run factory in the Ozarks, USA, ensuring freshness and quality with every order.

Email hello@awarehouseshop.com within 10 days with photos of the box, packaging, and item. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund/store credit as applicable.

Yes. If something isn’t right, email us — we’ll review your concern and do our best to make it right within our policy guidelines.
