Teardrop Stud Earrings

Each Zuvan piece begins in Massachusetts, where founder Nupur hand sketches every design with a focus on simplicity, wearability, and everyday use. Production is carried out in small batches by trusted manufacturing partners in India who specialize in fine jewelry craftsmanship.

Pieces are handcrafted using solid 14k gold or 925 sterling silver and set with natural, ethically sourced gemstones, including turquoise. Zuvan maintains close involvement throughout the production process, with multiple stages of quality control covering stone setting, construction, and final finishing.

Nupur personally wear-tests pieces in everyday conditions, including showers, pools, and beach settings, to evaluate comfort, durability, and longevity. Small-batch production allows for greater attention to craftsmanship and quality at each stage.

How fast do orders ship?

Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, value, fragility, and fulfillment location of the item.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order subtotal. Oversized, furniture, or specialty items may incur additional shipping charges.

Do you offer returns?

Most items may be returned within 10 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition. If the item is marked "final sale", then it may not be returned.

An $11 flat return fee applies to standard returns.

When eligible for returns, oversized items will require additional return shipping fees.

How are refunds issued?

Most approved returns are issued as store credit due to the handmade and small-batch nature of many products.

However, we will do our best to give you a refund when possible, depending on the individual maker's policy.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What items are final sale?

Made-to-order, custom, and items marked “final sale” are final sale.
