Manufacturing & Materials

Made in Portland, Oregon using all US-sourced materials. The knife features 52100 carbon steel with proprietary heat treatment and a resin-stabilized Oregon Maple Burl handle.

The SteelCore™ board includes steel reinforcement, end-grain walnut on one side, and a recycled-paper composite surface with juice groove on the other.

Dimensions

Paring Knife: 4" blade, ~8" overall. Mini Board: 9" x 6" x 0.75".

Care

Hand wash and fully dry the knife after each use; oil occasionally and avoid soaking. Maintain the walnut board side with periodic oiling and keep both sides dry after washing. Do not place items in the dishwasher.
