To preserve its beauty and performance, handwash the board with warm water and mild soap, and dry thoroughly after each use. Never submerge or place in the dishwasher.

Condition the walnut end-grain side regularly with food-safe mineral oil or board cream to maintain moisture balance and prevent drying.

The composite side may be used for juicier or more aromatic tasks and can be wiped clean easily.

Store upright or flat in a dry environment, avoiding prolonged moisture exposure to protect both wood and steel reinforcement.
