Selbrae Houses' line of oak and sycamore products comes from environmentally sustainable sources in Scotland, ensuring the future of this beautiful Scottish resource for many more generations.

What makes Scottish Made products even more special is that each product has a wonderful design etched on them, from Scottish inspired stags, Highland cows and thistles to trendy country designs including hares, bees and pheasants.

The oak wood is harvested for by a local Fife, Scotland, non-profit organization who are dedicated to ensuring the future of Scottish woodlands, particularly in the Kingdom of Fife, improving the environment, and boosting local economies by providing training and work opportunities.

How fast do orders ship?

Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, value, fragility, and fulfillment location of the item.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order subtotal. Oversized, furniture, or specialty items may incur additional shipping charges.

Do you offer returns?

Most items may be returned within 10 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition. If the item is marked "final sale", then it may not be returned.

An $11 flat return fee applies to standard returns.

When eligible for returns, oversized items will require additional return shipping fees.

How are refunds issued?

Most approved returns are issued as store credit due to the handmade and small-batch nature of many products.

However, we will do our best to give you a refund when possible, depending on the individual maker's policy.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What items are final sale?

Made-to-order, custom, and items marked “final sale” are final sale.
