Noble Winter designs original patterns in its Nashville, Tennessee studio and produces home textiles and lampshades in the USA. Fabrics are digitally printed with eco-conscious inks on premium linen and linen-cotton textiles, including 100% Belgian flax linen by the yard and a 55% linen / 45% cotton canvas used for lampshades. Each lampshade is handmade to order in small batches, wrapped in patterned fabric with a white hardback lining, hand-rolled trim, and brass spider-top hardware. Noble Winter focuses on limited editions, ethical production, and quality made to last.

All fabrics are digitally printed-to-order in the USA, with a lead time of 2 weeks. Each of our lampshades are made-to-order in Nashville, Tennessee, with a lead time of 2-3 weeks

How fast do orders ship?

Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, value, fragility, and fulfillment location of the item.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order subtotal. Oversized, furniture, or specialty items may incur additional shipping charges.

Do you offer returns?

Most items may be returned within 10 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition. If the item is marked "final sale", then it may not be returned.

An $11 flat return fee applies to standard returns.

When eligible for returns, oversized items will require additional return shipping fees.

How are refunds issued?

Most approved returns are issued as store credit due to the handmade and small-batch nature of many products.

However, we will do our best to give you a refund when possible, depending on the individual maker's policy.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What items are final sale?

Made-to-order, custom, and items marked “final sale” are final sale.
