How fast do orders ship?
Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental United States only.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, value, fragility, and fulfillment location of the item.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order subtotal, with free shipping on orders over $175. Oversized, furniture, or specialty items may incur additional shipping charges.
Do you offer returns?
Most items may be returned within 10 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition. If the item is marked "final sale", then it may not be returned.
An $11 flat return fee applies to standard returns.
When eligible for returns, oversized items will require additional return shipping fees.
How are refunds issued?
Most approved returns are issued as store credit due to the handmade and small-batch nature of many products.
However, we will do our best to give you a refund when possible, depending on the individual maker's policy.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What items are final sale?
Made-to-order, custom, and items marked “final sale” are final sale.

Hayden Hill’s clothes moth traps are carefully designed to protect your wool, sweaters, and delicate garments from destructive moths. Using German-engineered pheromones, these traps attract moths before they lay eggs, keeping your clothing safe without harsh chemicals. The 3-pack is simple to use, completely odorless, and non-toxic, making it a safe and effective solution for closets and storage spaces.
Each trap measures 7.5 by 4.5 by 0.75 inches and provides protection for up to three months once activated. The integral hanger allows for easy placement in wardrobes, and it can be removed if not needed. Traps are refillable for long-term use, helping you maintain a moth-free environment sustainably. Hayden Hill traps are effective against common male moths, including webbing clothes moths, case bearing moths, white-shouldered house moths, and brown house moths, ensuring your garments remain protected and pristine.

Yes. If something isn’t right, email us — we’ll review your concern and do our best to make it right within our policy guidelines.
