How fast do orders ship?
Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental United States only.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, value, fragility, and fulfillment location of the item.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order subtotal. Oversized, furniture, or specialty items may incur additional shipping charges.
Do you offer returns?
Most items may be returned within 10 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition. If the item is marked "final sale", then it may not be returned.
An $11 flat return fee applies to standard returns.
When eligible for returns, oversized items will require additional return shipping fees.
How are refunds issued?
Most approved returns are issued as store credit due to the handmade and small-batch nature of many products.
However, we will do our best to give you a refund when possible, depending on the individual maker's policy.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What items are final sale?
Made-to-order, custom, and items marked “final sale” are final sale.

Oatmeal & Spice is a gentle, comforting soap suitable for all skin types. Finely milled oat flour, coconut milk, unrefined shea butter, and nourishing plant oils create a thick, cushiony lather with a smooth, lotion-like feel and no scratchy exfoliation.
Lavender essential oil provides a calming herbal foundation, while a subtle touch of cassia adds cozy, cinnamon-like warmth without becoming overly sharp. Designed primarily for the body, this mild bar may also be used on the face.
