How fast do orders ship?
Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental United States only.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, value, fragility, and fulfillment location of the item.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order subtotal, with free shipping on orders over $175. Oversized, furniture, or specialty items may incur additional shipping charges.
Do you offer returns?
Most items may be returned within 10 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition. If the item is marked "final sale", then it may not be returned.
An $11 flat return fee applies to standard returns.
When eligible for returns, oversized items will require additional return shipping fees.
How are refunds issued?
Most approved returns are issued as store credit due to the handmade and small-batch nature of many products.
However, we will do our best to give you a refund when possible, depending on the individual maker's policy.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What items are final sale?
Made-to-order, custom, and items marked “final sale” are final sale.

The Rose + Grape Martingale Collar by Major Darling combines bold color with reliable everyday performance. Made with sturdy nylon webbing and solid brass hardware, this limited edition collar delivers both durability and a striking look for your dog’s daily walks.
Martingale collars feature a loop where the leash attaches, allowing the collar to gently tighten when tension is applied. This design helps provide better control while maintaining a comfortable fit around your dog’s neck. When fitted properly, the collar sits loosely and only tightens slightly when needed.
Often preferred for dogs who pull, have wide necks, or may slip out of traditional collars, the martingale style offers a safer alternative by preventing dogs from backing out while also reducing excess pressure on the trachea.
