Because many items are handmade or small-batch, most approved returns are issued as store credit. Customer-paid shipping is not refundable.

Concentrated, plant- and mineral-based liquid laundry detergent that’s safe for sensitive skin and color-safe. Works in regular and HE washers, delivers more loads per jug, and is 100% biodegradable, septic- and graywater-safe. Hypoallergenic and free from dyes, perfumes, SLS/SLES, sulfates, parabens, phthalates, 1,4-dioxane, optical brighteners, petroleum, palm oil, gluten, hormone disruptors, and carcinogens—completely toxin- and irritant-free.

What if my item arrives damaged or is lost?
Email hello@awarehouseshop.com within 10 days with photos of the box, packaging, and item. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund/store credit as applicable.
