Each product is handmade in small batches in Andes, New York using nourishing plant oils, botanical infusions, mineral pigments, and pure essential oils for a skin-loving finish. Crafted with clean, cruelty-free ingredients and thoughtfully selected botanicals, these formulas are designed to nourish the skin while bringing beauty and ritual into everyday use.

Locally harvested plants from the Catskills are incorporated into select creations, while ethically sourced mica adds natural radiance and pure essential oils provide subtle aromatherapeutic benefits. Every product is packaged with intention using low-waste materials to support mindful, everyday beauty rituals.

Ships directly from Heaven on Main Street. Gift wrap is not included.

How fast do orders ship?

Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, value, fragility, and fulfillment location of the item.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order subtotal, with free shipping on orders over $175. Oversized, furniture, or specialty items may incur additional shipping charges.

Do you offer returns?

Most items may be returned within 10 days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition. If the item is marked "final sale", then it may not be returned.

An $11 flat return fee applies to standard returns.

When eligible for returns, oversized items will require additional return shipping fees.

How are refunds issued?

Most approved returns are issued as store credit due to the handmade and small-batch nature of many products.

However, we will do our best to give you a refund when possible, depending on the individual maker's policy.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What items are final sale?

Made-to-order, custom, and items marked “final sale” are final sale.
