Yes — eligible items can be returned within 10 days of delivery, unused and undamaged. We charge an $11 flat rate for all standard returns.
How are refunds issued?
Because many items are handmade or small-batch, most approved returns are issued as store credit. Customer-paid shipping is not refundable.
What items are final sale?
Made-to-order, limited edition, designer/specialty production, custom items, and anything marked “Final Sale.”

Its water-resistant, waxed canvas exterior and seam lining mean that if something breaks or pops open while traveling, the rest of your belongings should be dry and protected.
Finished with two interior pockets and a bridle leather handle, you’ll want to take it with you on even the shortest of trips.

What if my item arrives damaged or is lost?
Email hello@awarehouseshop.com within 10 days with photos of the box, packaging, and item. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund/store credit as applicable.
