Because many items are handmade or small-batch, most approved returns are issued as store credit. Customer-paid shipping is not refundable.

Made-to-order, limited edition, designer/specialty production, custom items, and anything marked “Final Sale.”

Red Ridge Woodworking’s handmade Lacewood humidor combines elegance and functionality for cigar enthusiasts. Crafted with a genuine Lacewood exterior and Spanish Cedar interior, it fits up to 80 Churchill-sized cigars and includes a lift-out tray.
The humidor comes with two internal humidifiers and a hygrometer, magnetized to the inside lid, and features 90-degree armed hinges with a magnetized closure to maintain optimal humidity. Personalization is available via brass engraving, or the Red Ridge logo is applied by default.

What if my item arrives damaged or is lost?
Email hello@awarehouseshop.com within 10 days with photos of the box, packaging, and item. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund/store credit as applicable.
