Promptly unpack your rug after delivery to release any creases or pressure marks from packaging. Allow up to 24 hours for the edges of your rug to lay perfectly flat.

Some light shedding in the first few weeks is normal.

When vacuuming, avoid a high vacuum setting with a bristle attachment.

Wool is a naturally durable and stain resistant fiber, but if a stain does occur, promptly soak up as much as possible with a dry paper towel. Then, dab with a damp paper towel, do not rub. If needed, use a colorless detergent or dish soap with lukewarm water and continue to dab. When the stain has lifted, be sure to follow with another damp paper towel to rinse out the soap, then pat dry.
