Join or Die Knives was founded in 2014 by Brent Stubblefield, a lifelong craftsman who began making knives as a hobby in the early 2000s. Rooted in American history and inspired by Benjamin Franklin’s 1754 “Join, or Die” woodcut, the brand honors traditional skill, lore, and handcraft as the foundation for meaningful, enduring work. Each knife reflects the belief that individual craftsmanship is essential to a stronger whole.
