Collection: Erin Donahue Tice
Erin Donahue Tice is an Austin‐based, self-taught abstract artist with a refined eye for marrying bold expression and subtle nuance. After a twelve-year career in corporate public relations, Erin discovered painting as both creative outlet and therapy.
Her artwork draws inspiration from everyday beauty, whether through a pattern on a friend’s dress, memories of summer in The Hamptons, design blogs or travel. Erin works primarily in acrylics but often experiments with mixed media, pairing paper, foam, cardboard and materials like oil pastels, gouache, markers, and charcoal to produce pieces that feel spontaneous yet composed.
Visually, Erin’s pieces are known for their vibrant color, striking composition, and for balancing intensity with calm. In 2023, Erin expanded her practice into textiles and wallpaper, extending her aesthetic beyond canvas. Her work has been featured in publications such as House Beautiful, Better Homes & Gardens, Traditional Home, Southern Home and Luxe Magazine.
