Flexi Bench Scraper

The bench scraper is as essential and versatile as a good spoon. Walk into a professional kitchen and you'll find one on every cook and baker's station, either in bendy plastic form or stiff chunky wood.

The goal with Gestura's Flexi bench scraper is to combine the flexibility of a plastic scraper with the heft of a wooden one. The solution? Really nice spring steel. They leave a small bit of a burr on the edge of the steel to make the scraper more grippy, and round the edges of the handle for a more comfy grip. 

Inspired by Japanese knives, the angular oak handle is lightweight yet offers a full secure grip. The corners are rounded with a good amount of surface area and a slightly larger handle than normal for a comfier grip.
