Do you offer returns?
Yes — eligible items can be returned within 10 days of delivery, unused and undamaged. We charge an $11 flat rate for all standard returns.
How are refunds issued?
Because many items are handmade or small-batch, most approved returns are issued as store credit. Customer-paid shipping is not refundable.
What items are final sale?
Made-to-order, limited edition, designer/specialty production, custom items, and anything marked “Final Sale.”

The Stando project is a result of Gestura's interest in updating the ubiquitous kitchen tongs, which often tear or break food and feel like cooking with two clumsy thumbs. Stando is calibrated to feel like a delicate extension of one’s fingers, ditching the bland and clinical look of tongs and replacing this with a soft, streamlined shape.
The namesake feature, a curved stand in the middle of the tool provides a wide surface area for finger placement and grip. The stand also keeps the tips elevated off the ground while not in use. The curve has been strategically placed to lean on vessels like 1/9 pans, pint containers, bowls, pan handles - anything with a lip or corner, really.
If you think of tweezers as solely reserved for micro greens and delicate plating, we encourage you to give Stando a try as an every day tool.
Each piece is stamped, etched, and finished by hand at Mr. Ando’s workshop.

What if my item arrives damaged or is lost?
Email hello@awarehouseshop.com within 10 days with photos of the box, packaging, and item. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund/store credit as applicable.
Do you offer a customer satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. If something isn’t right, email us — we’ll review your concern and do our best to make it right within our policy guidelines.
